Eilidh was born in Scotland and was a prizewinner on the Celtic Harp at the Royal National Mod at a young age. She studied Concert Harp at Trinity College of Music, and then at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music, London. Her international career includes performances with famous artists such as Sir Paul McCartney and Andrea Bocelli. She has held residencies at many luxury hotels, such as London’s Park Lane Hilton, and also recorded for the award-winning band Travis. Her successful freelance career led her across the globe performing with orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Bangkok Symphony Orchestra and Singapore Symphony Orchestra.
In 2003 Eilidh was invited to be the resident harpist and teacher at the Tamnak Prathom Harp Centre. She went on to become the Principal Harpist with the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra before moving to Singapore in 2009. Over the next 13 years Eilidh firmly established herself as a versatile performer and dedicated harp teacher. In 2019 Eilidh trained as an Elementary teacher and went on to work as a music teacher at three international schools. Eilidh moved to Darien in 2022 and is enjoying sharing her music and teaching skills with the community.
